TORONTO—Prince Harry was in Toronto on Monday to launch pet project Invictus Games, which will take place in the city next year.  The trip, however, was not all business.

“Toronto was like the perfect storm,” Harry told reporters Tuesday morning from his suite at the Fairmount Royal York Hotel.  “First of all, I’m a god here.  Canadians revere the Royal Family, unlike Americans.  Second, I founded this charity for not just the handicapped, but for handicapped veterans.  So I look like a real stand-up guy.  No pun intended.  Third, I spent the day with Justin Trudeau, who is like catnip to the northern birds.  I was set.”

Pausing to order room service for an “epic hangover”, the prince went on to say that after attending a couple of Invictus events, he and Trudeau met up with Drake at Fring’s.  “The rest is a blur of shots and limos and ladies.  I believe we sat atop the CN Tower.”

Harry is headed next to Florida, the site of the current Invictus Games.  “The event is in Orlando, which is beyond boring,” said Harry.  “It’s all families and stuff – Will and Kate love it.  Anyway, I’ll bail and go to Miami after some face time.”

As reporters left the room, this journalist overheard the prince ask the media handler whether she wanted to see his royal staff.

I grew up in the USA, but don't hold that against me because I'm also Canadian. Just think of me as the mole.
